The company has more than 350 employees, of which 10% are engineering technicians, with the ability to independently complete the design, manufacture,installation, commissioning and after-sales service of whole equipment. The company sets up special funds for new product development every year, and established "Jiangyin Dadi Machinery and Equipment Research Institute" in 2010, with full-time R&D personnel engaged in the product research work of mechanical structure improvement, electrical hydraulic system upgrade, automation control,etc.

The company has more than 15,000 m2 of standardized assembly workshop, owns a large assembly platform for fixed installation and commissioning of equipment up to 50m*9m*14m, equipped with 2 sets of standardized 10t travelling cranes and 1 set of 50t travelling crane. The other workshop can install equipment up to 120m*20m*18m, equipped with 14 sets of standardized 10t travelling crane, 2 sets of 50t travelling crane, 1 set of 75t travelling crane, 1 set of 80t travelling crane and 1 set of 100t travelling crane.
