A new type of "wire baler" -- our patented product

The "wire baling machine" produced by using our patented technology is suitable for the baling process on the wire production line. Advantages of this machine over the old baler:

1. the left and right pressing devices open and close synchronously, which can complete the lifting and pressing of the coil at the same time, and the binding cycle is short.

2. the pressing is completed by the pressure gauge switch, and the coil height changes, but the pressing force remains unchanged.

3. the newly designed binding device can bind the wire coil tighter.

4. simple structure, light weight, easy maintenance and greatly simplified foundation.

5. since the hold down head is synchronized from left to right, the moving coil can automatically align the center of gravity of the "C" hook without any offset problem.
